Comfortable hotel in Bordeaux

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was easy to find and it had very convenient parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we have appreciated the big TV in the room to watch the final Euro 24. The breakfast in the morning was very good. It is located in a commercial area, an easy 10 min walk to historic centre and restaurants.

The price for the room and parking not necessarily good value.

Very pleasant dog-friendly stay

It was dog friendly! Yayyy! The staff were lovely and welcoming. They helped us navigate the city as well. The hotel was clean too.

The room was a bit small - not as bad as Parisien hotel rooms, but definitely not enough space with luggage and our dog's bed!

Perfect place to stay for one night in Bordeaux.

The bar and being right on the tram line. Super easy to get to the airport in the morning.

Lights in the rooms were confusing. You couldn’t turn only one bedside light off without turning off both.

Great boutique hotel in walking distance of everything

Great location 10-15 walk from almost everywhere in Bordeaux. Loved the lobby and bar and spacious comfortable rooms.

Rooms could use Nespresso like coffee machines or they could leave the self-serve super-automatic near the bar on 24/7. They could make use of the terrace between the two buildings which now is only used for a labyrinthe handicapped ramp.

Youthful, modern vibe with attentive staff and a short walk to the city centre.

The room was comfortable, quiet and of a good size, with plenty of lights, electrical outlets and USB chargers. The safe and minibar were especially sizeable, while the TV was vast! The team were very welcoming and always on hand to answer any questions or deal with potential issues. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice on offer.

The car park was difficult to get into and manoeuvre in, you had to get out to press two buttons on the wall but it felt at least very secure. It annoys me that despite being a Hilton hotel, I was not able to earn Hilton Honors points and nor was my tier status considered for potential upgrades. This is apparently because I booked through booking.com, which I do for convenience to have all bookings in once place rather than scattered about different apps or websites. Come on, Booking.com, get it together with these hotel chains since this has happened with IHG before as well.

A hotel that is very willing to accommodate different needs

Comfortable hotel. While not right in the center, it's about 10 mins walk from the center, or a quick tram ride. We have no problem finding decent restaurants by foot. Appreciate the hotel willing to accommodate our different needs, and if one comes from the airport, it's an easy commute through a 30 mins+ tram ride (Tram A).

We don't have issue with the room being on a smaller size but the creatively curated furniture may be a bit too big for the room of our size. When one goes to bed, one needs to watch for the ceiling lamps in order not to hit our head. The seats and table are cute but a bit too big, leaving not much space to walk around.

A perfect hotel in a great location

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our mini-break to Bordeaux! We were on a tram from the airport within 30 minutes of landing, the tram dropped us only a 200 metre walk from The Marty Hotel. The hotel itself was just lovely, we received a very warm welcome on arrival and the reception staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Our room was very well appointed, nice and quiet, lovely decor, a very large comfortable bed and very welcome 'black out' curtains which ensured lots of quality sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Bordeaux, it's located only a 7-10 minute walk from the centre of the town.

Everything was just great! We particularly liked the cocktails in the hotel bar!

Location was perfect, the decor was so different-really nice. Outstanding front of house staff. So professional, friendly, always willing to assist. Bar staff also amazing especially Oriane.

Great stay, wonderful location, the room is clean, the people were nice and professional.

The concierges were wonderful, they are professional, very understanding, like they can read your mind, knowing what I was going to ask or say, and answer with great smile, it was really nice to have such a great experiences with them. The hotel is great for two people stay for one night without big luggage, the place is on point and just like the photos, very clean, very cozy, perfect!

While staying at the hotel, I encountered a minor inconvenience in the bathroom. Initially, when I attempted to take a shower, I noticed that the water was not draining properly. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the drain needed to be pushed down to allow the water to flow smoothly. Although this was a bit confusing at first, I managed to resolve the issue quickly. On a positive note, I found the water bottle branded with the hotel's logo, "Marty," to be a clever business idea. Not only does it serve as a practical souvenir for guests, but it also effectively promotes the Marty brand. By turning the water bottle into a merchandise item, the hotel creates a unique marketing opportunity. However, I noticed that the price of the water bottle was the same for all guests, regardless of whether they paid for it or not. In my opinion, the hotel could enhance this concept by implementing differential pricing. By offering a lower price or special incentives for guests who choose to purchase the water bottle honestly, the hotel could encourage more guests to participate in this enjoyable aspect of their stay.

An excellent stopover, thanks to the superb staff.

The parking was next door, and secure. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially with our luggage.

The description in Booking.com states there is a microwave oven in the room, and a dishwasher, so we bought two meals to microwave at the hotel. But according to the staff none of the rooms has ever had a microwave or dishwasher. But the staff used their own microwave to heat up our meals for us. The staff were really good.

For the price there are better

Staff were friendly.

Room was damp. Also smelled damp. Windows were not really draft proof and I think created the humidity. Location ok around 10-15 min walk to the centre.
